What is Rowe’s pet policy, including fees and breed restrictions?

Rowe Residences allows a maximum of 2 pets per home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.

How much does parking cost?

Parking in Rowe’s surface lot is free! If you prefer to keep your vehicle out of the elements, underground heated garage stalls are available for $45 per month. We also offer dedicated EV charging stalls in the garage for $65 per month.
