Pricing reflects base rent only. Residents are responsible for all utilities, including a $65/month internet fee and a $4.25/month utility billing fee. Electric, water, sewer and trash are billed separately and vary based on usage.
Additional required one-time fees include a $50 application fee per adult, a $150 administrative fee due at application, and a $500 standard security deposit.
